Complete Paperwork
You'll receive intake forms to complete 24-48 hours before your appointment.

Insurance Verification
We verify your insurance benefits before scheduling your appointment.
4.
Schedule Your Visit
Once paperwork and insurance are complete, we'll schedule your initial appointment.
5.
Attend Your Appointment
Meet with your provider via secure telehealth from the comfort of your home.
Who We See
We provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents ages 11 and older and adults.
What to Expect
Your initial appointment is 45–60 minutes. Follow-up visits are typically 15–30 minutes, depending on your needs.
Forms & Preparation
Complete intake forms 24–48 hours before your appointment. Have a valid ID and insurance card ready. Be in a quiet, private location with a stable internet connection. Do not drive during your appointment.
Insurance & Payment
We verify insurance benefits before scheduling. We are in-network with select insurance plans. Self-pay options are available. Payment is due per our financial policy.
Virtual Appointments
All visits are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You must be physically located in an active state where we are licensed at the time of your appointment.
